- Chinese Stuffed Peppers

- Ingredients

- 4 Green Peppers
- 300g Ground Pork
- 1/2tsp salt
- 1/2tbs cooking wine
- 1/2tsp corn starch

- Sauce
- 6tbs sugar (I usually use a bit less)
- 1/3cup vinegar
- 1tsp salt
- 2tbs catsup

- 2tsp corn starch
- 2tsp cooking oil

- Cut peppers in half. Mix meat with salt, wine, and corn starch
- and place in peppers. Heat oil and place peppers meat side down
- on oil until brown. Flip peppers over and cook on low heat until
- peppers are soft.
- Mix sauce ingredients, add corn starch, heat, and pour over.
